3. Shipping Fees
- Calculated at Checkout: Rates are dynamically quoted based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service.
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free CJPacket (Standard ePacket) on orders over $75 (after discounts).
- Promotional Rates: From time to time, we’ll offer discounted or flat-rate shipping—watch our homepage banners and newsletter for updates!
4. Order Tracking
- After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to CJ’s tracking portal.
- You can also log in to your account on our site to view real-time status updates.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 10 days at cy@cubiclecompass.com with your order number and photos (for damages).
- We’ll work with CJ to file a claim and either resend your order or issue a refund.
7. Change of Shipping Address
- Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
- If you need to change your address, contact us immediately cy@cubiclecompass.com .
- Once an order has been processed by CJ, we may not be able to reroute it.
