1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are forwarded to CJ within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Fulfillment Time: CJ typically takes 2–5 business days to pick, pack, and hand your order off to the carrier.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at Checkout: Rates are dynamically quoted based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free CJPacket (Standard ePacket) on orders over $75 (after discounts).
  • Promotional Rates: From time to time, we’ll offer discounted or flat-rate shipping—watch our homepage banners and newsletter for updates!

4. Order Tracking

  • After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to CJ’s tracking portal.
  • You can also log in to your account on our site to view real-time status updates.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged:
  1. Contact us within 10 days at cy@cubiclecompass.com with your order number and photos (for damages).
  2. We’ll work with CJ to file a claim and either resend your order or issue a refund.

7. Change of Shipping Address

  • Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
  • If you need to change your address, contact us immediately cy@cubiclecompass.com .
  • Once an order has been processed by CJ, we may not be able to reroute it.
