Welcome to Future Frames Art (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or placing an order on our website futureframes.art (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Site or purchasing any products.

  1. Definitions: “Buyer,” “you,” “your” means the individual or entity who places an order.
    “Products” refers to all lamps, home décor items, accessories, and related goods offered on the Site.
  2. Acceptance of Terms: By using our Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the Site.
  3. Modifications to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as we post the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
  4. Product Information & Availability: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary depending on your device or display settings. All items are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or backorder option.
  5. Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in INR or NZD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You agree to pay the full amount due, including shipping charges. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
  6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  7. Shipping & Delivery: We currently ship to addresses within India & New Zealand.
    1.  Shipping times vary by location and selected shipping method.
    2. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
    3. Title to products passes to you upon full payment.
    4. Please inspect all shipments for damage upon arrival.
    5. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately (see Section 14).
  8. Returns & Refunds:
    1. You may return most unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges). Custom or clearance items are final sale.
    2. To initiate a return, email returns@futureframes.art with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
    3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  9. Warranty:
    1. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all lighting fixtures against manufacturing defects.
    2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
  10. Intellectual Property: All content on the Site—text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design—is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use without our express written consent is prohibited.
  11. User Conduct: By using the Site, you agree not to:
    1. Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
    2. Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security.
    3. Attempt to access areas of the Site not intended for public use.
  12. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  13. Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FUTURE FRAMES ARTS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  14. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Future Frames Arts, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Products.
  15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Anand, Gujarat, India.
  16. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
  17. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or place an order.
  18. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.
  19. Third-Party Services: We may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, or analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
