At Future Frame Arts, we fulfill orders via CJ Dropshipping. Please review our policy below, which aligns with CJ’s guidelines on returns and refunds.
1. Return Window

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items: You must report the issue within 20 days of delivery and ship the item back within 25 days of delivery. CJ supports returns up to 30 days, but we shorten this window to ensure timely dispute handling CJ Dropshipping Blog.

Buyer’s Remorse & Address Errors: CJ does not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., “changed my mind”) or mistakes in the shipping address Sell The Trend.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email returns@futureframes.art within 20 days of delivery with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.

Receive RMA Link: We’ll generate a CJ dispute and send you a return link (RMA).

Ship the Item: Pack securely and ship to the address provided in your RMA email. Do not display the warehouse address publicly—contact us for details when your return is approved CJ Dropshipping Blog.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs for any order issues caused by CJ or the supplier.

Other Returns: Returns for any reason other than defect or mistake (which we do not accept) are not covered.
5. Exchanges & Resends
- If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know in your return request. Once CJ approves, they will resend the corrected item at no extra item cost (you may pay any difference in shipping).
6. Refund Processing
- After CJ inspects and approves the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
7. Returning to CJ’s Warehouse
CJ Dropshipping discourages direct customer returns to their China warehouse due to high international shipping costs and long transit times. Always open a dispute through us first; we’ll coordinate with CJ on the best resolution CJ Dropshipping Blog.
