4. Order Tracking

• After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to CJ’s tracking portal.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.
• These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 10 days at cy@cubiclecompass.com with your order number and photos (for damages).
2. We’ll work with CJ to file a claim and either resend your order or issue a refund.

7. Change of Shipping Address

• Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

• Once an order has been processed by CJ, we may not be able to reroute it.

At Future Frame Arts, we fulfill orders via CJ Dropshipping. Please review our policy below, which aligns with CJ’s guidelines on returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

• Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items: You must report the issue within 20 days of delivery and ship the item back within 25 days of delivery. CJ supports returns up to 30 days, but we shorten this window to ensure timely dispute handling CJ Dropshipping Blog.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email returns@futureframes.art within 20 days of delivery with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.
2. Receive RMA Link: We’ll generate a CJ dispute and send you a return link (RMA).

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs for any order issues caused by CJ or the supplier.
• Other Returns: Returns for any reason other than defect or mistake (which we do not accept) are not covered.

5. Exchanges & Resends

• If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know in your return request. Once CJ approves, they will resend the corrected item at no extra item cost (you may pay any difference in shipping).

6. Refund Processing

• After CJ inspects and approves the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

7. Returning to CJ’s Warehouse

CJ Dropshipping discourages direct customer returns to their China warehouse due to high international shipping costs and long transit times. Always open a dispute through us first; we’ll coordinate with CJ on the best resolution CJ Dropshipping Blog.
